The mission of the Marketing Manager will be to define and execute a global marketing strategy with the aim to increase Hutong School’s exposure across multiple online and offline marketing channels.

 

You will work together with and report to the Marketing Director on the following daily tasks, including but not limited to:

 

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Online

  • Executing online marketing campaigns
  • Improving our online presence through various projects
  • Managing existing listings and actively look for new ones
  • Execute ongoing SEO efforts and providing timely reports on SEO rankings
  • Manage PPC consultants
  • Website maintenance and sitemap management

Offline

  • Grow local brand awareness through local and international campaigns
  • Creation of promotional & advertising material
  • Managing print materials and merchandise (including stock, printing and quality control)

Reporting

  • Providing reports and analysis on KPIs
  • Providing reports on research topics
  • Updating monthly management BSC

 

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Supervising and supporting team of interns
  • Recruitment campaigns

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in marketing preferred
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Must have an analytical mind and ability keep an overview when working on multiple projects
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Any additional language is a plus
