There is an old saying: “People don’t get ill during Summer, but they easily get ill at the beginning of Autumn.”
After Liqiu (a lunar Festival celebrating the beginning of Autumn), the mornings and evenings become a lot colder and people get tired quickely. The cool air of Autumn can therefore easily enter a human’s body and make people sick.
